You’ll certainly have seen motorhomes with a permanent rear double bed that has a corner cut off to allow access to the washroom behind. This type of layout normally features a front dinette that can be made into an additional double bed, so you end up with a four-berth motorhome that’s good for couples or even small families. The Sundance 644 SD takes this rear bed space but fits in a small U-shaped seating area. Add-in a removable island-leg table and you’ve got a second dinette at the rear.
Positioned between the front and rear seating areas, the kitchen has a full cooker that includes one electric hotplate as well as three gas burners, a small grill and gas oven. It also benefits from a high-level microwave and a three-way Dometic fridge. The deep, circular sink comes with a removable plastic draining board and there’s a fair amount of storage, including a sliding wire basket drawer and a cutlery drawer.
