I've been looking for a very specific 6 berth caravan layout for a while now. I live in Northern Ireland but have been looking to buy a van on the mainland, due to limited vans of the layout I want. With the distance involved I needed to commit to the van before actually seeing it in person and need to be sure it is in good condition. I came across one which was due in with Bridgend Leisure Vehicles. Adrian was great in terms of being able to provide me with all of the information I needed and also sent me videos of the van and all of the relevant documentation. He had arranged to deliver the van to the Ferry port to save me journey time and all round his customer service was excellent. Unfortunately when the van was delivered to Adrian there was a damp issue (which Adrian wasn't previously aware of). In finding this out he contacted me immediately and informed the van was not suitable for sale and fully refunded my holding deposit that day. Although I didn't get the van I was after, Adrian's customer service was fantastic throughout and I'd definitely recommend this company.
